An Overhaul for 2025
Much has happened for Reen and me in the last 18 months.
We moved to Chattanooga, TN, built a thriving writing business (watermancg.com), and began a fresh new life in the midst…new church, new clients, and new friends. It wasn’t easy but don’t we all need an overhaul in different life seasons?
We deeply cherish the valued friends and experiences gained over a lifetime while now anticipating new opportunities and experiences. It’s a blessing. We are experiencing new appreciation for the Lord and His gracious “refreshing” of our life as new things develop.
As a result, after beginning Refreshed Women is Charleston, SC, in 2013 (which then morphed into Your Refreshed Life as Reen came on board and our radio program began), we feel it is time for a fresh new direction!
Beginning in 2025, Reen and I are deciding to focus our ministries as uniquely different while sharing our business together as always.
I love helping women become “all God desires them to be” helping them fully experience the life He has for them… so my heart is still focused on Refreshed Women and “practical Christianity for today’s woman.” My most recent topic, “Life Lessons: The Stories of Your Life,” is currently my most requested speaking topic for women’s events and conferences but I am ready to create a custom message just for your group or event!
Reen carries the same passion for men. So, in January, we are giving Your Refreshed Life an overhaul to better target women while Reen develops his ministry, Experience Faith Outdoors, a ministry that promotes, “Guys, God, and the Great Outdoors,” his speaking topic when asked to speak at men’s events and retreats.
In the process, a friend is helping me rebrand Your Refreshed Life and Refreshed Women to better meet the needs and address the issues you, as Refreshed Women, are interested in pursuing.
SO, I will be sending out a survey in two weeks asking you questions about your thoughts for Refreshed Women. Could you please fill out the simple “5 Question Survey” and return it by email? It would mean the world to me.
I love each and every one of you… those I’ve known for decades and new Chattanooga friends… and I want to write in these monthly newsletters about the things you are interested in discussing. Please be prayerfully thinking about this.
So, until then, MERRY CHRISTMAS. I love you!
Here is my Christmas Meditation!
Psalm 100
A psalm. For giving grateful praise.
Shout for joy to the LORD, all the earth.
Worship the LORD with gladness;
come before him with joyful songs.
Know that the LORD is God.
It is he who made us, and we are his[a];
we are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving
and his courts with praise;
give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the LORD is good and his love endures forever;
his faithfulness continues through all generations.
